Beginning with a deep dive into strategy, Melissa helps clients rethink environments and in-store experiences to convey compelling stories – ones that animate discovery and engagement – attracting new customers, elevating loyalty with existing customers, and building a platform for their future evolution. In addition to her work, Alex is an innovation and entrepreneurship instructor for Science Clubs International, an organization that recruits exceptional, ivy-educated Latinos, who have made important contributions in science, technology, and entrepreneurship. She has also been a guest lecturer on neobehavioral marketing and non-market variables through the department of economics at her alma mater, Harvard University.
