You've read the emails and seen the ads. Campanies are making it known that they're here for their customers during COVID-19—that's great! But, this is just one part of well-crafted communication. Customers want more than your acknowledgement—they want a plan.
When reaching out to your customers, be neighborly and as specific as possible. Give consumers relevant, concrete information they can use as well as a way to reach out and ask questions. Communication is never a one-way street, especially now.
