In a crowded market, fleet companies are racing to differentiate with innovative features and services like driver safety monitoring and dash cams. One telematics software company, Telemax, took a different approach and leveraged cellular connectivity to create a new business model for the Australian and New Zealand markets.

Telemax is disrupting the fleet space and actively acquiring market share with rapid growth. But the journey to get there was not easy. They faced many innovation challenges, several of which were not in their control. But how did they manage the things they could control, such as visibility into usage data, quality of coverage, and the ability to test and predict SIM behavior?

In this webinar, Ash Phayer, Telemax General Manager, will discuss the biggest connectivity challenges they faced and how they overcame them. He will also share how they leveraged Twilio’s IoT connectivity platform to become one of the only companies in the region to offer a complete end-to-end fleet solution.

What you’ll learn:

  • How did Telemax test and validate their business model?
  • How did Telemax gain control over their recurring costs?
  • How was Telemax able to scale their solution so fast?
