She is currently a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Twilio where she works to bring Flex, Twilio's contact center solution to market. She is focused on designing and building integrated campaigns, events strategy, content marketing and customer testimonials. Prior to Twilio she held several marketing and GTM roles in the contact center and collaboration industry.

Karla is Head of Technical Marketing at Twilio. She is responsible for establishing Twilio Flex as the leader in the contact center market. With technical consulting, research and storytelling as her core skills, she has developed and executed programs to increase Flex growth in the industry. Before Twilio, she held positions in marketing and sales in the cloud collaboration and contact center industry.

As a Twilio Contact Center Solution Architect, Charlie brings over 18 years of experience (Interactive Intelligence/Genesys) in the Contact Center arena. His focus on the Flex Application Platform drives creation of Enterprise-class solutions that energize and enable “Builders” in creating memorable customer experience (CX) solutions. A Colorado “native”, Charlie lives in Erie, CO and supports Twilio customers and partners across the greater western United States.When he is not evangelizing the “Builder” vision, Charlie loves ITF Taekwon-Do, fly-fishing, camping, hiking and telemark skiing in the great outdoors.
