Twilio Data Protection Addendum Request

The Twilio Data Protection Addendum (“DPA”) is a contract addendum which governs the processing of personal data within the services and is compliant with both the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the California Consumer Privacy Act. The DPA is included as part of Twilio’s Terms of Service. Only customers who have executed a negotiated services agreement without a DPA should use this form.
